Of course. Please give us a call to schedule a tour. Depending on the groups we have on campus some areas may be restricted to access.

- If you are a group leader, come to the admin building’s main lobby by the flag pole and meet one of our guest service representatives. - If you are a member of a group, please ask your group leader(s).

Yes. Every individual attending an event or spending the night at the Garden Valley Retreat Center / JAMA Global Campus must sign a waiver.

Only service animals are allowed on the property. Please inform us if service animals will be present.

No. GVRC/JGC is an alcohol-free, smoke(including vape and cigar)-free, and drug-free facility/campus.

Usual check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed to in advance.

We provide free guest wifi. Please connect to JAMA Guest and the password can be found in most of the buildings. No wifi at the GYM.

Yes, our pool is open late May to late Sept and there will be a fee. We require a lifeguard or two to be present depending on the size of your group. If you don’t have a licensed lifeguard, we can arrange that at cost.

We accept cash, checks or credit card for payment.

Yes, we can provide linen sets at $15/person, which includes a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, thin blanket, a pillow, a pillow case, and a bath towel. Most groups choose to bring their own.

No. We strongly encourage over night groups to have their own nursing staff, in case of medical emergencies.

GVRC is located in a rural area with about 150 acres of woods and rolling hills, with a large open lawn, swimming pool, tennis/pickleball courts, basketball court, campfire area, and pond. We have 3 dormitories that can house up to 500 people; two studio rooms with private bathrooms; a separate dining hall with over 300 seats at a time; an admin building for meetings and a gym as an activity center. All buildings have heating and air conditioning, and plumbing.
